Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For orders shipping outside the U.S. - INCLUDING HAWAII / ALASKA / CANADA / PUERTO RICO – local duties and/or taxes may be assessed upon delivery. These fees are not charged by Graphic Trends during checkout; therefore, please consult with your local customs office to determine and arrange payment for these charges. We are not responsible for these duties and/or taxes.
Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it undamaged in perfect condition to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
● Face Shields
● Eye Shields
● Intubation Boxes
● Medical PPE or Personal Protective Gear
● Acrylic Sneeze Shields
● Any item that has been custom fabricated or custom printed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
